We were in a suite that was right below the dining room used for breakfast. The noise started just after 6 am. They did move us to another room. Wooden floors above us were noisy. They should carpet that floor.

**Perfect Location and Exceptional Service** We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, offering stunning views of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. It was centrally located, just steps away from shops and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. We easily did day trips to other nearby towns, and the hotel staff went above and beyond by arranging a fantastic and affordable tour of the Amalfi Coast for us, which was a highlight of our trip. The restaurant staff were so friendly and welcoming, even remembering us each day, which made our stay feel special. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Fabulous hotel, right on the coast of Sorrento, expensive, but location is great. There is an elevator directly down to the beach, which is very handy. Hotel has a nice bar with an outdoor balcony with great views. Bathrooms are a bit small and old, but that is expected.

We had a nice room with a view of Vesuvius. It is an old fashioned style - nice - but with no complimentary service in the room; no water bottle, no kettle for tea and coffee. The staff does not seem to like customers; very poor service in breakfast room. In the bar there was a nice woman, otherwise all staff seems to be bored by their job.

The property is on the edge of the clift with a amazing view of the sea. Staffs were friendly and breakfast area was great facing the sea. Location is great, 10 min walk to train station and right in heart of Sorrento.

This hotel once was the greatest place where famous people would stay. Since then, 30 years passed and no real renovations. Tired hotel with the most uncomfortable beds.

The property was beautiful, clean and very convenient to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The stay was exceptional. You felt transported to a different time and place. The stay felt opulent and polished. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was 5 star overlooking the coast. It was central to the historic town and conveniently located literally on top of the beach with a lift taking to the beach and a 3 min walk to the port. Above all the service and desk support was superb. I would highly, highly recommend.

The breakfast staff and the bar staff were fantastic and courteous always. The housekeepers Also very nice . The rooms need new mattresses and better pillows. We did not get a good night sleep , unfortunately.
