We had a great stay (for a week) and were made very welcome by both the hosts and the staff at this boutique hotel.
Special mention for Stefanie and Alan (our hosts - nothing too much trouble) and Blanca (perfect coffee every morning), Sharlon and Angelo (in the restaurant), Marie (house-keeping) and not to forget Max who welcomed us every morning with a smile.
Landhuis KSM is a former Dutch plantation house, a national monument, restored in 2015, full of character and history. We stayed in the standalone apartment which was perfect for our needs. The Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we ate there every evening - a delicious menu with interesting options - all excellent value, beautifully cooked and well presented. Great views and sunset (not to be missed), perfect for accessing all of the beautiful beaches and snorkelling in both the centre and west of the island. Car is essential to fully appreciate Curacao. We saw a wide range of wild-life (including humming-birds, parakeets, lizards, etc,) If we return to Curacao; we will definitely visit again.
