Check in area was organized, parking lot was clean , staff “member Que “ was friendly , hallway was clean and had very fruity smell which was great to me and most definitely the room was clean. Only problem the sink water pressure was low plus one of the wall lamps had a missing button to cut on or off .

I had a disappointing experience. First, I was charged on the wrong credit card, which took several visits to the front desk and calls to resolve. The room was not up to standard; it was dirty and clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned before my arrival. Additionally, when I addressed these issues with Becky at the front desk, she was rude and unhelpful, making the situation even more frustrating. Overall, I left feeling dissatisfied and would not recommend this location.

Sooo let me START by saying I used to LOVE THIS HOTEL! This hotel used to be considered 5 stars to us when we started staying here from 2009… this all changed last week when I checked in on Wednesday.. I check in, go in the room and I see there’s a light flickering non stop.. the sheets are OLD!!! with stains. But the thing that hit me first was the smell of MOLD!!! I checked everything and couldn’t find the mold until I looked in the A/C. Full of mold. By the bed ? A ROACH. the toilet ? My 6 year old screamed “mommy that looks like poo stain”.. we called down to report the strong smell of mold. The lady downstairs said “would you like to move to the 5th floor?” I asked “will it not smell like mold?” She said “I will go check and we will move you after I’ll call back”. Okay… we SAT ON THE COUCH alllll night. Sat so long we fell asleep… never got another room. I was pissed. Waste of money. No good sleep… to top it off ? no microwave in the room. For breakfast? Years ago they had eggs, bacon, biscuits and grits etc… that morning ? A few cups of cereal, some coffee, juice and brown bananas.. WHAT!!? After they were so excited to tell me about “complimentary breakfast”… keep that. I took pictures just in case they needed proof. Never EVER have to worry about me staying here. The absolute worst experience ever. You’d be better off going to a cheap motel! AVOID

On site restaurant was closed. No breakfast in the morning. These were the main reasons for booking. The sofa bed had old Wendys bag and chips folded in it with very dirty sheets and pillows.

While the hotel was very nice, there was much confusion concerning an incidental fee and early check in fee. It took 2 trips there and 4 phone calls to straighten it out once I got to the right person.
