Fantastic apartment in an excellent location
The apartment was fantastic with everything you could need. Comfortable and quiet even though it was so close to the busy area. An easy walk across the bridge to the CBD. It was a little hard to make contact via phone before arriving but there was a friendly and helpful welcome at reception. The fitness centre is very small: just a treadmill and a bike - the fan right above the treadmill was wonderful.

Great location and staff were amazing, with access to parking provided early and we were so very grateful for that. The only downside was the the room wasn't very clean. I don't think it had been used for a while as the dust was pretty thick in the bedrooms. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room anyway, so not a huge issue. Overall I highly recommend this as a venue to stay

Great location for my trip, good range of dining options nearby, with a short walk to convention centre. Carpet could use a steam clean, but overall clean, and a comfortable bed.

The proximity to public transport, Southbank and supermarkets were great. Due to the apartments being surrounded by other high rise apartments the pool was on the cooler side, so could possibly do with some heating in the cooler months. Maybe some extra cutlery in the kitchen for the one bedroom units as I wanted to invite my daughter over for a home cooked meal but there wasnt enough cutlery for an extra person or two.

This property was perfect for us. Awesome price. The layout was great. Easy to find and access. The setup for having to use the key fob to access parking, the building and the lift meant we felt safe at all times. Close to local dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Checkin was simple and the text to explain how to access the key, and parking etc was extremely detailed and straight forward, and easy to understand. Will definitely recommend this property to others.

The property is in a good location for a 10-15 minute walk to Southbank and is close to convenience stores, cafes & restaurants. Parking was easy and secure. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was appreciated. There were a couple of issues: the main bedroom power points didn't work; the microwave power point didn't work so we had to carry the microwave to another spot in the kitchen; the main bathroom shower had no hot water. Would stay there again - would just check those things on arrival

Very helpful , friendly receptionist went out of her way to find us an apartment which met our requirements We loved the attractive sunny room with its enclosed balcony and outlook and elegant comfortable furnishing So close to the SouthBank with all its galleries restaurants and shows No need for a car
