We were so far away from the main area to enjoy anything. When arriving the first this was getting hit with a timeshare salesman. Did not know it was a time share. I would not consider even staying there again. They do not clean the room while you are there. Worst of all a cockroach was in the bathroom. The walls are so thin we could hear the people next to us yelling at each other and the person above us was smoking dope which i could not sit outside with the stink. sorry to say it was very disappointing.

My wife and I stayed 2 years ago and it was perfect. Our last stay was a nightmare... kids running around slamming doors and bouncing balls of of walls and it kept us up all night. The staff was nice enough to move us but... it was worse and nothing we could do about it. We will never go back again I would rather stay in a Supper 8 so we could at lease sleep. I recommend having a security guard to walk the yard and help out with rude guest and keeping them quiet.

This is a nice golfing property to have fun at if you're a golfer. I am not a golfer so I didn't golf and therefore cannot comment on the course or the whole golfing experience. I did talk to some golfers and they said they played he whole course in about ninety minutes. The lawns were very well maintained and a guy walked around with a leaf blower for hours one day. There wasn't a stray leaf anywhere but I was done with listening to the machine by then too. The pool was very nice and well maintained. It was a must because the temperature was as hot as I have ever seen it anywhere. It was 115F or 46C. There was a bar at the pool which was convenient. I did not eat at the restaurant. If you stay here you better have a car because it is far to anywhere. I ate at a nearby pub called Gallaghers and it was decent. It is actually not far to drive to a nearby mountain for a hike, but it was too hot to hike for long. This was July so what do you expect? One thing which was kind of off-putting was the concierge giving me the hard sell on the time share seminar which pays a weeks stay at the resort. I know about these kind of sales pitches and I don't like participating in boring activities while I am on vacation. He really tries his best to relate the me by pretending to know the band on my t shirt. This is a pathetic attempt to gain trust and goodwill on his part all in order to sell me something I did not want. Anyways. The resort is a nice place to stay and it's quiet. Golf.

There was a police issue right outside our room the first night there, it scared my kids, guy had a bloody shirt not sure if anything happened within the resort. I came here to relax and it was not what happened

I will start with the positive. The grounds are lovely, on a golf course with mountain views. The negatives are the area is one of the worst in the valley. Check out is 10am in the morning! Walls are paper thin. You will hear everything and everyone. I felt like I was staying in the same room as the family on top of me with their arguing kids. Plumbing is twrrible. My toliet did not work well. I guess I should have know that when I checked in and found a toliet plunger in the CLOTHES CLOSET. And the worst part was the gap under my exterior door. This is the desert and if the leaves are vlowing in my room, the scorpions and others are coming in too. I was on alerr my entire stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone and that is rare for me to say.

We were on the first floor. Too much noise from the floor on top, children jumping and running till midnight. Asked to be changed. New room with party girls on the next room, partying till 1:00 am, smoking pot. Very noisy and smelly. Not our best experience

We really like this place. 2nd time to stay here. People in room next to us very rude. Let their door SLAM every time they left or entered. Also had problems with our room keys at the pool. Couldn't access. Went to front desk and they said the problem wasn't the keys but the gates. Would send security to fix. Waited and waited. Meanwhile 2 different families left pool area. Asked them to try their keys and they worked just fine. Returned to desk and told them. They checked our keys again and determined they were defective. Said 1 number was off. My question was why the heck didn't you realize that in the 1st place? Very upset.
