Went for the Missy Eliot concert. The hotel bedroom was really nice. The restaurants were also good. Unfortunately, Smokey situation you’d find at any of these places. Great friendly staff. Super helpful. Shuttle bus was available for the event and overall enjoyed my stay.

nice hotel, but lacks gluten free options
The Hotel is okay, the food service is rubbish. They have never heard of dietary requirements and it was impossible to eat anything other than a salad in their multiple restaurants if you need a gluten free diet. Come on its 2024.....

The room was clean other than mold in the shower. Staff were courteous. Food was sub par. We ordered from the burger joint and the burger wasn’t close to be cooked through and the breakfast seemed to be cooked well ahead of time. Eggs were cold. Homefries overcooked. Coffee bitter. It’s quick and easy to stay for a sports game but otherwise look elsewhere.

We had an excellent night here and walked to Wells Fargo. The room was clean, spacious, and had all amenities needed. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
