The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did. Staff also game some great information on places to eat. It is so nice when they are able to provide local insights. The room itself was spotless and comfortable."
