"This is a great home, great host, great location, and great pool. Kitchen is huge. Beds comfy memory foam. Fun arcade. Our family had a magical stay, soaking in all the sun we could. Thank you! Would love to stay again! "

"We rented this place because we wanted to have a private pool and jacuzzi while we were in town visiting family. We agreed to pay the additional 45/day to have the pool heated. We contacted the property manager the morning of check-in (Fri) hoping for an early check-in and found out that someone had rented the property the night before so we could not check in until that afternoon. The previous renter had not paid to heat the pool/jacuzzi. The property manager assured me he turned the pool heater on at 11am to start the heating process, which he said was a 12-hour process. There were several conversations with the property managers (via text and it seemed like a different person replied almost every time) telling me that the pool guy checked it and it's heating up (it wasn't), they asked me to reset the temp control on the panel (it was non-responsive after awhile) and they were working on it. They did call me once when we could not get the panel to work (we were following a video they sent to us that was so bad). BOTTOM LINE: the pool was not warm until Sunday morning (almost 48 hours after turning on the heater) and the jacuzzi never got warm. We were leaving Monday AM. Thankfully, they did not charge us to heat the pool/jacuzzi. The house was simple, the game room was ok, the beds were ok, the couch in the living room was not comfortable. The bath towels were awful. The neighborhood wasn't great. We won't be back. I'm sure it's fine for a Coachella party group though."
