"We had a great stay!!! It’s so fun to see the large photos of the classic movie stars. It was a beautiful pool area and we can’t wait to return next year. Our flight ended up being two hours late which had us arriving after midnight. I called and warned them of our late arrival and they were very accommodating and so nice even with our late arrival."

"Our stay at this property was excellent. I had received a call from the Inn the day prior to our departure to confirm our reservation and expected arrival time. This was so surprising as I’ve never had this type of follow-up. Well done!! The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Our room was not ready for pre-arranged early check-in, but the staff offered another equivalent room, so all was well. The room was very clean. The pool area was very relaxing and the water was warm and crystal clear. The entire property was very quiet. It felt like an oasis. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing we observed was no housekeeping of our room between a Wednesday check-in and Saturday check-out. Not sure what the housekeeping service level is at this property. Overall we highly recommend this Inn!!"

"The service at the pool was excellent! Neil was awesome! The games area was a nice touch and provided some entertainment in our down time! The shops on El Paseo are within walking distance. The only negative comments I would have are there needs to be a kettle in the room, the coffee maker doesn’t make good tea. Also the corkscrew did not work, need a better quality one to open wine. The resort fee per day is extremely high for what you get. This would prevent us from going back. "
