Staff a nice but room was dirty , old food on floor, sofa bed sheets had stains , one towel in bath room, room was booked for 3 adults 2 children, pool area no towel available, restocking seem to be an issue.

The ice machine was taken out which was very inconvenient and the restaurant was low staffed so the waitress was waiting tables and cooking as well

Room was nice. Dining was good except for hostess at dining. She seem to not want to be there that day. Asked her if she could wipe of food on table. She never came back. Restaurant was not busy. Only about ten people there. Had to get bartender to take our order.

The property was nice, they were updating parts of the hotel. Our room needed to be updated and there were data cables hanging from the ceiling. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast were good. The pool had an issue, so it was closed our entire stay. Which was a bummer since it was 105 each day. You do have to pay for parking, that is self serve.

My stay here was good. I was in town for work and just stayed one night. I love to stay at Embassy Suites because they always have a good complimentary happy hour and continental breakfast which is really nice. The staff was nice. No complaints at all.

We had some issues with our room including very loud noise from the AC fan and clogged toilet. The staff at the front desk was inconsistent with their information regarding when maintenance would be on site and couldn't offer any other solution to being unable to use our bathroom besides "sorry, you booked this with a 3rd party". Very unprofessional.
