This place was filthy and rundown. The lught covered popped off the wall as i walked in. The mirror on the door was loosley attached to the surface by tape that was no linger holding it on leaving it dangling. There was an old capri sun behind the bed that was god only knows how old. The carpet was intermittently sticky which is just unsettling.For as nice as the lobby is, the actual hotel is worse than your average Motel6 or America's Best. The quality here was outright unacceptable.

This was one of the yuckiest rooms ever. Everything had stains. The chairs, carpet, cover on mattress foundation, pillows, walls were dirty, curtain lining had tears and pieces missing, carpet was coming loose and tacks on tack strip were poking up. Handle on bureau drawer hanging, just a yucky room. 1st room I tried, the light didn't work. Mattress was hard, only plus was it was quiet. Smelly place, marijuana aroma everywhere. I checked out 3 days early, I was just done.

The staff was very friendly and the check in was easy. It was however impossible to overlook the condition of the property. I dont know what year it was built but our room could not have been updated ever, dirty carpet, stains everywhere even the bedding, rotted wood on exterior and common areas pretty gross overall. I'm not a picky person but would not stay here again.

This was a terrible stay the linen was soiled and we were not provided any clean we bought our own linen the hallways smell of cigarettes and drugs the wash cloths were old also bought my own I will not recommend staying here I paid for 2 suites and only got one but was charged for 2 and management didn’t help at all terrible experience

Staff was nice. Hair in bathtub, sheets stained ,toilet didn’t flush well and leaked from the seal on the floor, the aftermarket TV remote didn’t work many of the functions and made watching it challenging. I was happy to find the place on short notice , the place I originally booked online was dreadful . Fairly easy access to major roads

Stay was horrible.. told us our room was 538 and it was actually 38 on the lower level. The ceiling was leaking in several places, including in our room. There were awful water spots covering the ceiling. The bed had trash in it and the entire place smelled awful.

Need a refund. The location was unkept. The first room had a sit in the mattress and sheet. Stains on the mattress, mattress cover, sheet, and floor. Table and chairs were stained. Second room not as filthy but the comforter had hair and burns marks, there was ink drawings all over the wall, it was dusty and the bathtub was covered in pubic hair and had a ring of dirt around it. When I asked for a third room, I was told they were booked up. Although I paid through an app, the hotel double charged me even though I didn't end up staying there. I've now paid twice for a hotel I never stayed in.

The rooms were dirty, food was left on the floor. The bathroom was not cleaned, mirrors were dirty and towel rack was disgusting. Lamp was broken. Pictures were falling off the wall. Bed sheets were nasty.

Check in isn’t till 3 no matter what your told. I switch 3 different rooms and they all were dirty. I didn’t shower all of them were dirty and so were the beds

Did not feel safe enough to stay and ended up staying somewhere else even though I couldn't get a refund, it was just that bad. First room had a broken latch and fire alarm. Switched rooms to one that had a painting with smashed glass, broken handle on the dresser. The screaming people in the middle of the day down the hall (that had patches of darkness from broken lights and smelled like cigarettes and weed) and the weird hole in the wall were the breaking point. A reminder to read reviews before booking a hotel

You can’t be serious!!!

I checked out as soon as I checked in!!! This place is horrible and it smells like strong piss!!! The rooms have a funny smell to them and the carpet needs a real good deep cleaning. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
