A quaint, clean and convenient room. The pool was clean and relaxing. We do wish there was a stove to avoid always eating out for a hot meal. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect location
Location. Location . Location. We were able to walk everywhere. Anything you needed was less than an 5 min walk. Right by the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, ice cream shop. The heated was a huge plus. Although I thought the place could’ve been a bit cleaner it was fine for our short stay. The AC did have an issue the last day there but they were able to get someone to fix it quickly. Would stay there again.

Property was clean and pool was nice. If you have kids they have all kinds of floats you can use. Lots of bars and restaurants with in walking distance Sunset across the street every night. Beautiful!

Great location
Great location for being able to walk anywhere you want. Had some issues with the lock on the front door. It did not want to turn and lock. Took several times to lock it each time we left. The bath tub did not drain properly and by the time your done your standing in ankle deep water. We also had contradicting information on checking in early. Was told yes by one and no by another. Overall good little place for the weekend.

We LOVED our stay at Pointe Pelican! Extremely easy and convenient check-in/check-out, great communication with iTrip when needed, 2 min walk to the beach, short walk to restaurants, pool is nice, room is very clean and includes small kitchen, beach chairs, umbrellas and more! We will definitely be coming back! :)

Beach Hotel
Great location to the beach with an amazing bed. The only issue is the mold or mildew smell and it is overwhelming. They have an air purifying machine but this mildew smell gets into all of your belongings. We have had to was everything. Otherwise it is a GREAT location. Hopefully they can try to fix this issue and it would be perfect.

The room: Floors were filthy...turned my feet black. Dishes were put away dirty, re-washed to use. Inner (clear) shower curtain too small for shower. Extra linens would be nice, especially if you wanted to use futon. Also, it would be nice to have paddles and a couple pi g pong balls. Liked: Tge decor, many towels, pool, location, very detailed instructions, the recommendations were fabulous too!

Lovely condo and complex and location just a shame about several Maintenance issues with condo, however Diane, Condo Cleaner and Maintenance Man excellent. Condo owners need to sort out Maintenance issues as deeply impacted our holiday enjoyment.

Great Location for the price
Had a great time at this property. Price was right as this was just steps away from beautiful Clearwater Beach. Place was clean, pool was ok, and was fairly quiet dispite being on a busy street. We highly recommend this place. Lots of great restaurants near by as well.
