I understand recovering from storm. However only one elevator working, pool and hot tub not open. Workers constantly parking in my assigned space to park. No one at this property to address issues after 5. And you have the nerve to charge an additional resort fee😢😢😢😢

Terrible customer service no communication whatsoever and very rude whe had a question, parking is terrible and small even out front couldn’t have but one vehicle that I couldn’t even get out every morning. Never again will stay here!

The property is CLOSED from Hurricane damages. I was not notified in advance or in a timely fashion! Therefore, my trip was ruined and what’s worse every hotel in the area were booked so I couldn’t get a hotel room anywhere in the vicinity’s of the West coast in Florida!

Thank you for letting us stay in a suit after our hotel was closed due to the hurricane. Hope you guys get everything cleaned up soon and that it starts to feel like home again. Our stay was great and so was everything.

Front desk manager Tamera was very rude and inconsiderate, I’m a handicap, she was loud when I told her I was a parking, she immediately ask me did I have my parking space pass, I alerted her that I’m handicap and it’s a state law, I dont a pass or anything, she is violating a law which could result into fines at this property if I report it, she needs to be respectful and considerate of others

Pros: Very spacious and very well equipped units. Spacious and well furnished balcony as well. Conveniently located across the street from beautiful beach. Big bin of beach chairs, pool floatties etc left by past guests for use. Clean beach towels provided daily. Cons: Our unit was lacking cleanliness. Bathroom tub and toilets were very dirty and master bath had a strange odor. Mouldings were filthy, excessive dust on fans and floors were dirty. The unit could have used a really thorough clean. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay, however, would not stay here again because of the lack of cleanliness in unit.

We never got to check into our resort. We got there two hrs before check in and they said to come back. We came back 3hrs later later than our check in time, and it was still wasn’t ready for another hr. I saw people were checking in, so why wasn’t I able to check in. This is poor management and horrible communication on their part. We left.

July 4th family trip
Being a local the property was very nice and I enjoyed the fact that they pay attention to who comes and goes to the property. They will tow your vehicle if you dont park in you assigned spot or do not have a parking permit. The parking lot is not big and each unit has designated parking. The pool was clean and it is a very short walk to the beach. My only issue was the floor could have been cleaner on arrival not that it was gross but just you could feel the beach sand when walking barefoot. Overall we will be back and the kids loved being on the beach for the holiday.

Nice spot for a beach getaway
We loved the room; however, we did not receive the silver perk of a free bottle of wine upon check-in as the app mentioned. The room was very nicely decorated, well equipped, and in walking distance of everything a beach vacation needs. Only downside was that the inside of the coffee maker was disgusting and I did not have proper cleaning tool to clean properly so we chose to get coffee and breakfast elsewhere. Everything else was great!
