I had a confirmation for 2 nights. Drove 7-8 hours to be told there was no room. Showed them my confirmation and that I had already paid. Was told “I don’t know what you want me to do. We don’t have any rooms. Must be a computer error” I’m sorry but I seriously doubt that.

The manager of this particular hotel should be fired. Not only she was rude to the customers. She also was rude to her employee. I registered online and it stated that the only thing we had to do was go to the front desk and pick up the keys, when we got there, we waited at least 30 minutes. I told the person that was helping us which I didn't know was the manager at the time that we Checked in online She asked for credit card, At that time, I told her that I put the credit card online when I checked in online she kept telling me I need the credit card to put Hundred dollars security deposit. I told her please use the credit card that I put on line at that time. She walked back and then comes back And stated that we booked it on Expedia and She asked for the credit card again at that point I gave it to her Heard the credit card The end thin The manager stated if you don't like it, I can just cancel your reservations .she walked to the back never told us anything else .We stood there at the checkout counter for another 10 or 15 minutes that's when the other person that was working the front desk stating let me go see what's up with your room when she came back, that's when she told us that the manager canceled our reservations. I called Expedia after being on the phone with them for a while. Did you give me a full refund if I could give this place 0 I would. Days and should be ashamed for having someone like this working and wanted their hotels.

No power. No room. But still charged!?
This is bull💩 power was out from a storm. Got tired from work and not in my hometown I had a room reserved and got charged for it even tho it was uninhabitable after a hurricane who has time to argue about it?! Guess that’s how hotels. Com works f you pay me! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL BE SHARING THIS TO TV 20 AND FACEBOOK

There was nothing to like. The room was smelly: the smell of mildew was everywhere. It was an awful night. The line at the check-in process reminded me of a rental car place, except that the two employees engaged in an argument in front of the customers. Fool me once.
