the bath tub drain was clogged. i reported it and they did attempt to repair it but was unsuccessful, so we had to put up with the tub full of dirty water when we take showers.

It's a great location beautiful hotel very nice and clean very friendly staff cleaning staff is amazing pool is great great design however the front desk guy in the day is very confused try not to let us read book our own room saying there wasn't any availability when his boss said they still at 17 rooms and then me and my dad who has a hernia and me with torn ligaments in both arms from an accident had to carry all of our stuff to another room so we don't the same thing the next day and go through them was the same thing and I think I'm going to do the same thing tomorrow so other than the confusion everything else is great

We arrived we had no bar of soap in our room, we went to the front office and asked we the supplied it and we were told yes. They said house keeping would bring it up and they never did. The air wouldn’t stay get cold. I didn’t even bother Going down stair due to us never getting the soap I figured they wouldn’t do anything for us. Im not sure how it is rated a 7. I would rate it a 3.5

Breakfast wasnt open when they said it would be. Still havent received me deposit and when i called them ohhh its going to take a few days. They changed it to 3 to 5 days maybe more.
