I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There was opened condoms in the drawer, the handle of the balcony door fell off the first time we tried opening the door, the $15 drinks were watered down, we had a huge brown fast moving bug in our room and house keeping skipped a day and then didn’t come until 8pm the following night. What you pay in resort fees and the cost of the rooms with double beds (not queen size beds) it’s not worth it. Much nicer hotels near Pier 60 that charge less, have better amenities and are much cleaner. The only saving grace was the friendly staff.

Not what I expected
This was a last minute get away for me. Didn’t know that valet parking was mandatory so that was an extra charge that wasn't expected. Room was a little dated and shower water temperature could have been a little warmer. Refrigerator wasn’t cold enough for leftovers just cool at best. For the pice I paid I truly wasn’t impressed with this particular property.

I travel for work and stay at Hilton's all over, this by far was one of the worse. Digital keys do not work here, bathroom was filthy, facial hair shavings all in the sink and hair and dirty footprints in the shower. Some type of food all over the wall across from the bathroom. Walls are so thin, your neighbors sound like they're in the same room with you. Air conditioner would not come on overnight. Hilton, for the price you charge for these rooms, you can do better.
