I didn’t feel welcomed by the front desk staff during check-in. Additionally, I didn't like that valet service was mandatory, as it meant we had to wait every time we needed our car. It was inconvenient not to have full control over where my car was or to quickly grab something from it without waiting for the valet to bring the keys. The room also had a strange smell. On the positive side, the beach was very beautiful. However, if I return to the area, I would choose a different place to stay.

Wonderful stay, beautiful beaches and resort. Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would pass up would be The “buffet” breakfast for $15.00… it was nothing more than a free breakfast you usually get at most hotels. Every employee we had contact with was wonderful and nice.

Everything except the pool is open to the public so it’s NOT as private as they make it seem. Small beach area, No one ever came in to tidy up our room, The kitchenette sink leaked and the refrigerator did not get cold. We had to keep calling to get fresh towels every day. I will say the Tiki bar had great food and service. We had to leave a day early bc of the storm so we lost a day/night in stay without any type of credit.

This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel! The hotel staff are amazing and make you feel at home! The grounds are always kept up, which make it a great environment to be around. The convenience of renting jet ski's/golf carts, the nearby restaurants, shopping also makes it a great place to stay. Love the spacious pool and private beach. Daily entertainment is enjoyable, at night it can get a little loud, but if you stay on street side it's quiet. I've stayed in three different rooms, cabana, pool side and street side. The cabana rooms are spacious and convenient, however music is loud. Pool side has a great view, and night life is great, but can hear music. Street side is a lot quieter, but you still get street noise. All three rooms are great, its all about the experience you want!

We loved the view. We were not informed that we could prepay the buffet breakfast and ended up eating out when we could have stayed on site. We also did not get housekeeping one day. Some glitches for sure but a decent property for the money.
