I liked hotel and room. Location is great. My main disappointment was that they charged people for loungers on the beach, even while it was winter cool days with very little people on the beach, management preferred rather keep all loungers stacked and keep charging for chairs instead of giving it complimentary to few people chilling on the beach on cool winter days during the visit.

Not good view from balcony Receptionist was very good . Also bcz of cold weather could not use pool etc so I am not happy to pay $25/- resort fee. They shouldn’t be charging $25/ per day We stayed here 2 nights and not happy to pay $50/- There was no tea bags in the room . We asked on reception and they didn’t have any tea bags Never had this experience before that after paying $240/- for night plus $25/- resort fee n No Tea bags!!!

The staff was wonderful! This was one of the cleanest resorts we have been to. Every morning the staff were busy cleaning the resort. The staff were friendly and tentative. The music venue was great. I would definitely recommend this A+ resort and will definitely come back again.:)

Nice view, loved the beach area, but Daily fee for beach chairs and umbrella. Pool area was beautiful. Staff were helpful and friendly! Valet parking was awesome!!

The property is beautiful and it was nice to have the a small beach and restaurant right there. The live music everyday was great too! The room was a little outdated and we could hear the night club below us which opens at 10pm and closes at 2:30am. Request to not be above night club
