I have stayed in some VRBO that feel like they are so crowded with too much furniture and the closets are not useable. Not the case here, nicely decorated. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to town. Ken is quick to respond to any questions. The cottage is very comfortable, Beds are very comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"Beautiful restored home just outside Sutter Creek town. Quiet area with easy parking right in front or in back. Rooms were nice and big and nicely decorated. They serve a continental breakfast in the morning with coffee, bagels, yogurt and hard boiled eggs in the morning. The only negative is that the walls are very thin. I could hear the TV from all around my room quite clearly. This property has some rooms with no stairs, but there could be quite a few stairs if those are full. "

"My family absolutely loved our stay here during Thanksgiving week! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. The house was super cozy with a nice electric fireplace and central heating/ cooling - there were extra blankets, a lovely tea/ coffee station, and comfortable beds. We also loved the backyard area, which backs up to a field with two horses that we enjoyed watching. We would definitely stay here again and have a backyard bbq in warmer weather. Great, central location for Sutter Creek/ Hill and Jackson."
