Casa Leona Istriana, stylishly renovated stone house with historical charm

Casa Leona Istriana is located in the small rural town of Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj in the interior. In 2019/2020 the stone house was refurbished and expanded to a high standard, but it has retained the elegant historical charisma. The decor is characterized by industrial and retro style. We have placed great emphasis on natural materials, so that predominantly furnishings made of wood, stone, metal and glass dominate. Spacious living and dining areas offer enough space for up to 6 people, upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. There is also one bathroom on each floor. The house is well equipped for a vacation stay. Outdoor area (140m2) is fully fenced and consists of two parts. There is a closed parking space in front of the house. Behind the house there is a large paved terrace / garden with a private pool for many cozy hours. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the olive fields and natural areas. It is a typical Istrian middle row house, nevertheless you have a quiet oasis in a small village. The neighboring house on one side is uninhabited and the other house is only occasionally inhabited. It is well known that Istria offers countless cultural sights, which you can easily reach by car from the village. There is a restaurant serving local cuisine in Klarici, 1 km away. Beach is 12 km to the west (Peroj, Fazana, Valbandon) and 13 km to the east (Krnica). Shops can be found in the small shop in Jursici, 3 km away, there is a large supermarket in Vodnjan, 6 km from the house. We are happy to give various excursions and tips on site and otherwise in the tourist community.
The price includes all costs: towels, bed linen, energy and water costs, such as tourist tax and final cleaning.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und sauber, modern eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben die ruhige Lage, den Pool und den Whirlpool sehr genossen. Strand, Rovinj und Pula sind gut zu erreichen, wenn auch mit etwas Fahrzeit. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber ist sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.

Modernes Ambiente in historischem Haus
Wir waren vom 1.-15-10.22 in Butcovici und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es in der Ausschreibung beschrieben war. Ein stilvoll und modern eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man zum Leben im Urlaub braucht. Der Hit für uns war der beheizte Whirlpool, den wir täglich genutzt haben. Leider war der schöne Swimmingpool zu dieser Jahreszeit für uns einfach zu kalt, zumal er nicht den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt. Das Dorf ist sehr ruhig, aber nah genug an allem, was besichtigenswert ist in Istrien. Die Küstenorte sind schnell erreicht, die nahe Konoba hat gutes Essen und die Anfahrt ist urig und führt durch unberührte Natur. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In dieses Haus würde ich immer wieder gerne kommen!

Das Haus ist toll, die Ausstattung absolut klasse. Der Garten perfekt, vor allem für die Kids der Pool und der Whirlpool, nicht nur für die Kleinen super. Wunderschönes Haus
Sehr freundliche deutsch sprachige Besitzer. Das Haus ist wunderschön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Der Whirlpool ist klasse. Leider liegt das Haus in einer sehr abgelegen und ruhigen Gegend. Man benötigt für sämtliche Unternehmungen ein Auto.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Geweldig! Een aanrader. Huis is precies zoals op de foto’s. Mooi en heel schoon! Huisje ligt wel wat afgelegen(wisten we vantevoren) maar met de auto is alles goed te bereiken.

Super Unterkunft und sehr nette Vermieter!!
Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft und die Vermieter waren sehr nett! Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber und mit das beste wo wir bis jetzt waren! Butkovici ist ein kleiner Ort aber mit dem Auto alles super zu erreichen. Wir haben uns dort Pudel wohl gefühlt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder! :)

Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super freundlich und schnell, das Haus entsprach 100%ig der Beschreibung. Es ist komplett, sehr sauber und mit viel Stil und Details eingerichtet. Einzig ein Fliegenschutz an der Terrassentüre (gegen Fliegen und Schnaken) hat gefehlt. Daher sehr zu empfehlen !

Tolles Ferienhaus

Tolle Woche!
Super schöne Moderne Unterkunft in der wir eine Woche zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit verbracht haben. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Pula und Rovinj sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter besonders Lobenswert!! Nicht Zuviel versprochen!
Da wir schon so manch eine Erfahrung Bei Ferienhäusern mit dem Unterschied zwischen den Internetfotos und der Realität gemacht hatten, waren wir hier wirklich überrascht! Das Haus ist Top und übertrifft in echt sogar noch die Bilder! Es ist ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und vor allem sauberes Haus und ein gepflegter Pool. Man sieht recht schnell, dass die Vermieterfamilie auf Sauberkeit wert legt. Die Endreinigung machen sie Z.B. selber und vertrauen es keiner externen Firma an. Im Garten ist man komplett ungestört und vor Blicken geschützt. Wir haben dort alle Mahlzeiten genossen, gegrillt, gebadet und uns gesonnt. Auch wichtig: es ist zwar ein typisch kroatisches Steinhaus welches sich ohnehin nicht so schnell aufheizt, aber sollte man es noch kühler haben wollen, schaffen die Klimaanlagen das runterkühlen ohne Problem. Die Vermieter sprechen übrigens fließend Deutsch. Wir danken Dario mit seiner Familie herzlich für den angenehmen Kontakt und die gute Zeit bei Euch!!

Superbe séjour
Nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances dans cette maison. Tout était parfait. La famille MARTIC est très sympathique et accueillante. Nous avons adoré l’aspect cosy . Cette maison a été très bien rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et d’attention pour que les occupants se sentent comme chez eux. Nous remercions Dario pour son soutien et son aide dans nos préparatifs administratifs en cette période particulière (COVID). Il a su nous donner les renseignements nécessaires pour assurer sereinement notre venue. Ce séjour en Croatie nous a offert une véritable bouffée d’air frais.
