Close to everything, centrally located and exceptionally quiet. We were expecting noise given the amount of infrastructure works across the city, but nothing. Well appointed apartment, and very clean. The only issue is parking. The hotel have an agreement with Elizabeth St Secure parking for $56pn which is expensive. We took our chances and parked on the street.
Rooms smell old and mouldy. Shower is either hot or cold. No water pressure at all... zero view and balcony was filthy. Stayed 3 nights and room was never made. Drier kept shorting, so we had to re use wet damp and dirty towels. 2 towels for 3 registered guests... Staff are pleasant enough.
The bathroom had a huge step over wall to enter the shower. Not good if you have a disability or medical condition with your back or hips. Couch like a rock to sit on.

Amazing location, tired, not quite what it says
Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 X 8 year olds) stayed in the one bedroom apartment with sofa bed. The booking says it can be for 4, but we found this just wasnt' the case - with limited numbers of plates and bowls (i presume broken over time but it would be helpful to be replaced to have 4 of each, and only 3 towels provided each day), so it just didnt really work. Amazing location, but getting a bit tired. Clean, although the carpet was very grotty.
Well located in the CBD - handy to all essentials during a short stay. Unfortunately, a lengthy & noisy renovation underway next door.

Great city location
The property is in an excellent area for the city and it is quiet. I couldn’t get the microwave to work and neither could the hotel employee. The stove was also hard to get to light and eventually the hotel employee was able to get it working. This was annoying as my reason for staying at this property was I wanted a kitchen.
Booked for family of four (and confirmed bedding config via email upon booking months before). Room set up for three. Not even enough towels for four. Cleaner couldn’t speak a word of English and was banging on our door before 9am seemingly shocked to see us in there. Changed towels and left three again instead or four (despite having got a fourth the night before after complaining). Dark rooms, no parking even just to drop off bags and when asked about parking Reception couldn’t tell me where it was. The key cards for foyer and room entry regularly didn’t work despite complaints and being told they’d been fixed twice. Bandaid stuck to tv and faulty lamp in bedroom. Only one remote despite having two tv’s. No laundry detergent despite having a washing machine so couldn’t use it. Overall pretty disappointed.
