Great but could be greater
Love the location for accessibility to transport (train) and shops that I want to get my usual snacks from Taipei. Second time staying in this hotel - think maintenance has deteriorated somewhat but still acceptable - plus of location offsets whatever shortcomings they have. They’ve got the worse remote control to manage their TV tho (first trip they were upgrading the TV system it wasn’t even working !)

Location is convenient, quiet, staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Room is spacious. If laundry area light can be improved, it will be perfect.

Staff training sorely missing and is much needed.
This hotel is badly managed particularly the front desk . All staff except 2 are not responsive. They are not trained to listen to customers’ concern and have standard answers for valid inconveniences such as no cream for coffee or tea, coffee machine not working, tv not working… bad attitude when requesting duty manager to call me which he or she did not….

Accurate of room and quality of breakfast
The personnel is attentive and reactive to your needs. The room was comfortable (mattress is firm) with everything you need including Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and mini fridge plus complementaries snack and bottle water. Note that the room is looks smaller then the pictures. The breakfast do not offer a various menu as we stay 10 nights and the casserole were not enough hot.
