We arrived in Taipei early in the morning before the check in time but the hotel staff was kind enough to offer us coffee and luggage storage so we were able to start exploring Taipei without any burden. A special shout out to Reena who gave us detailed information on eateries in the area. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hotel near Taipei Main Station at a reasonable price

This is one of the last Hotel Relax chain near the Taipei main train station area. Although the room is considered small, it's perfect for solo traveler or couples to stay. I'll come back again if I visit Taipei in the future.

My first time in Taipei… the front desk staff was amazing and really helpful! It’s 5-10 minute walk to the biggest train station. It’s also the part of town with lots of local shops, restaurants and massage parlors. Also Starbucks, McDonald’s and 7-11’s are nearby too!

Close to Taipei Main Station. Clean comfortable room, although hallway carpet and laundry in basement a little aged and shabby. Beautiful view of the city. The only real problem I had was the WiFi. It was truly terrible even for searching on google maps (which is a common activity when traveling). I had to buy more data on my eSIM to support myself. I can’t imagine trying to do any work on the WiFi.

The location is great and convenient, and room is clean but a bit tiny and cramped if intending to stay more than a few days. Reception staff is always helpful and speak English. Issues were resolved very quickly. For coffee lover, free flowing coffee 24/7.

I mainly booked the hotel for the location, which turned out to be even more valuable than I imagined (with easy access to all modes of transport, hundreds of options for all meals of the day and many must-visit attractions). The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free tea/coffee/drinking machines which I use every day. The rooms are small but cleverly designed and very good value for money. The bed is comfortable and conveniently doubles as a seat/couch. A long table/ledge runs beneath the window next to the bed, providing easy access to all my stuff, so there's no need to "spill" anything onto the floor/bed. There's also a convenient corner for the suitcase, keeping the walkway clear. The bathroom is modern and not too small compared to the size of the room. The design gives me a lot of confidence that proper cleaning can be easily done between stays. The only drawback is the sink is unnecessarily small (plane lavatory size) and water spills out every time.

A family member had forgotten some cash in the safe and the hotel staff was honest enough to contact me and return it. Staff was also overall very nice with a seamless check in/out process. We were also given free alcoholic beverage tickets upon check in! The rooms although a bit small (standard for Taiwan) was very clean. The hotel was located in a very central location with numerous food, shopping and night markets close by. They had a hot beverage machine equipped with tea, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino on site. Overall I was very pleased with my stay here and would stay here again when i visit Taiwan again.

The hotel room was too small. Hardly had space to open our luggages. Also, bed fit the wall of the room, leaving no space at the end of the bed. Had to crawl over my husband to get out of the bed as I was sleeping inside. Only plus points are that it is near the train station and staff was friendly
