Book a hotel near Tankerton Beach, Whitstable

"This property has a lot of potential but missed some of the simple things like providing soap, a mop or other cleaning supplies to clean up the entrance during a wet period. The staff were responsive to maintenance issues but but the last night of our stay we had to relocate due to no hot water and heating. Definitely has potential in terms of location and facilities."

"This hotel was excellent. The staff were delightful, everyone very friendly and very helpful. The hotel had all of the amenities you would need bar a fridge in the room as other reviews have mentioned. This wasn’t an issue for us though, they give you milk in a thermos at the bar. The room itself did look a little tired in places but it’s a 3-star hotel so that was okay with us. That being said, it was very clean and comfortable which is what matters most. I would advise check booking through the hotel website directly, they do deals and I suspect I may have gotten the room cheaper directly than through Hotels.com, rookie mistake by me but it is what it is. Overall a great hotel made even better by its staff."

"This property is nice but not a five minute walk to beach more than 20 minutes for people less mobile. Nice property quiet and parking. Bathroom could do with some updating especially the bath panel."
