"You can watch people ski at Boyne Highlands while sitting in the living room. We skied at Nubs and it was only a 3 minute drive to get there. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for our group of 12 (six kids and six adults). The fireplace and downstairs gas heater kept it cozy despite the freezing temps. We did have to replace batteries in the downstairs gas heater to get it to start and the downstairs bathroom door handle didn't lock, but otherwise everything in the house was great. Plenty of plates, glasses, and cookware for everyone. Ample towels and blankets to go around.We got about a foot of snow during our 4 days there on top of the deep snow that was already on the ground. One of our cars had a little trouble getting up the driveway, but we managed and the host had it plowed to make things easier.We had a great time and the host was responsive and kind."

"The place had everything we needed. The location can't be beat. We had 14 people and everyone was comfortable. Walking out the backdoor and up a tiny hill you are Lois Lane, one of the runs for Boyne. I would definitely recommend and come back!"
