"The staff are amazing, especially the Concierge staff (callout to Sprite, Jam and Mike) who always had a smile and helped us out on many occasions during our stay. The breakfast buffet was abundant, although the baked goods lacked flavour. The in-house restaurants are on the pricey side, but that's to be expected in a 5 star hotel, however many other options in the vicinity. The ground floor bar had a singer most nights... much too loud as the sound travelled up the north atrium and could be heard in my room."

"I am particular about cleanliness and I am very happy to say Courtyard Marriott has lived up to my expectations. Our room was clean and the double single beds were super comfortable with quality sheets and duvet. The bathroom towels were also clean and new. The services at the checkin desk and concierge were excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The Tuk Tuk service was great. Although the hotel is near the heart, it does makes a lot of difference for older folks like us to be provided with a free Tuk Tuk service. Thank you!"
