"I was a little worried after reading some review but was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The room was extremely clean, continental breakfast was adequate, and the bed was comfy. Doors are not sound proof though so you hear other guests in the halls. There is construction next door but we did not hear it from our room facing the back of the property. Overall a good place to stay for those on a budget."

"We absolutely loved this place. Beds super comfy. Well stocked with anything you would need! Super friendly and accommodating host. Parents live on 2nd floor so we were fearful of being too loud but they said we were fine. For 6 loudmouth woman that's saying a lot :) I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone checking out the Providence area. Super close to airport as well!"

"We utilized this property due to proximity to a wedding outside Providence. Everything was clean. Owner was great to work with. Our dog was very comfortable in the house. Sweet little yard for her to go out into. We were good tenants and cleaned up after her. Looked like other renters were also respectful. Space was very clean. "
