"The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful, from the lady at breakfast (didn’t catch her name) who helped my kids make the pancakes, and were calm amidst my sons hyperactivity, to Adam, who greeted us after a very long drive and late arrival. We had a large cake that needed to be refrigerated and he put it in a fridge for us, he was also very friendly and we decided this is definitely a place we’ll be returning. "

"Lovely hotel. My friend and I were visiting Warwick for the night and stumbled upon the Chesford and were really pleasantly surprised. Beautiful interior. Great price for the location and quality of hotel. The staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. There was an event going on the same night we were there, but we didnt hear a thing. We didn't have time to try the spa this stay unfortunately, but we hope to be back. We paid extra for breakfast and there was plenty to choose from, and staff were really good with providing vegetarian options for my friend. Would recommend! "
