"I was a bit apprehensive about staying after reading some reviews but was really surprised. I found the staff really friendly and helpful the bar staff were great. Our room had been recently refurbished and was clean and spacious. The bed was ok but could tell it had seen better days but still slept okay. We ate in the restaurant both nights we stayed and found the food to be really lovely and reasonably priced. All the staff had time for us and were eager to chat with us when we asked any questions. Will definitely stay here again. If you enjoy a walk just down from the hotel is a public path which leads you to a trail along the river Avon which was a really nice walk "
