We loved staying at the Bespoke hotel. The location was convenient and the staff were really friendly with our requests. The rooms are on tighter side so that was a bit hard to adjust for the three of us. I would still recommend the place as it was very close to the areas we wanted to explore and spend time at.

Good location good stay
Rooms are a little tight, but clean. Very nice rest rooms. Nice lobby and good breakfast included in the lobby. Good Happy Hour (Free Flow) I would stay here again.

Convenient location.
Complimentary continental breakfast. Room was clean, however, the corridors on level 8 had a strange smell. Subway station nearby. About 17 minutes walk to JR Shinjuku.

A bit of a walk from the train station, but we got great value we needed three beds at a short notice and this hotel delivered. The rooms are small and little cramped with three people, but it was clean quiet had nice style helpful employees

Convenient location short walk to busy area and station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall was disappointed with our room as it received next to no sunlight or view. The window opened to another building wall which is understandable in big city but would be nice to know this when booking. The breakfast, whilst complimentary was limited and included pastries and cereal so wasn’t suitable for our family. Our room was booked for 4 people but we only received 3 towels so had to call for an extra towel daily. The aircon is a wall unit and was very loud and temp adjustment didn’t really work well.

Great place to stay !! It basically in the best place in Shinjuku, everything is walkable, theres no need to use public transport for this awsome neighborhood. The staff is really kind and helpfull with everything you need, the rooms are confy and clean. For sure we'll book it back again !!

It’s a good choice as it’s located on one of the main streets in Shinjuku and is surrounded by train stations and in a walking distance to shopping centres and time square Shinjuku which is the main station and shopping area. Hotel is nice and well serviced and offers free coffee and breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. We stayed for 8 nights with two young kids and it was a very good experience. The only thing I would say is the carpet in the room was old.
