This hotel is in a convenient location (really close to heart of Shinjuku) but the room was quite small and bleak as it has a tiny window that faced a building. Some of the staff were more friendly than others. Didn’t feel super welcoming like the other hotel I stayed in previously in Tokyo.

Happy hour alone made this accommodation next level LOL. Place was clean, modern vibe, and in a good location/proximity to Golden Gai and other night life. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at the Bespoke hotel. The location was convenient and the staff were really friendly with our requests. The rooms are on tighter side so that was a bit hard to adjust for the three of us. I would still recommend the place as it was very close to the areas we wanted to explore and spend time at.

Good location good stay
Rooms are a little tight, but clean. Very nice rest rooms. Nice lobby and good breakfast included in the lobby. Good Happy Hour (Free Flow) I would stay here again.

Convenient location.
Complimentary continental breakfast. Room was clean, however, the corridors on level 8 had a strange smell. Subway station nearby. About 17 minutes walk to JR Shinjuku.
