My first experience with a capsule hotel. The staff were very accommodating and pilot. Hotel was super clean and provided full amenities. Cabin was quite spacious.
A great location for exploring Tokyo, super easy to get to public transportation. This is a great place to try out staying in a capsule hotel for the first time. Just what I needed.

Nah..
The beds are really hard and all the sinks are clogged in the washroom. Some days they forget to leave clean towels and there is nowhere to fill your water bottle.
The cabin is tall enough for a 6-feet guy to sit inside. The environment is very quiet. Also it’s near the Tokyo station.
The only annoying thing is that you need to spare 10 minutes or so to go to the 1/F (reception at 2/F). Busy lift
There didn't seem to be nearly enough shower and for the quanty of people. Rhe bed were way ro hard and i usually like my bed firm. Not enough blankets or control over heating. The store to close the cabins were way to nosy and there was no way to do it gently to generate less noise.
I stayed for two nights. Before that, I stayed for two nights at Tokyo Ekimae Bay Hotel, a similarky nice capsule hotel but this one, is obviously thr best. Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean. It also provides you locks for your large luggage and a locable space in your cabin.
Very close to the stations. A little noise but not so bad.
I stayed at first class room. It had space to get dress so it is better than business class. Only one thing, even though they have a lot of vacant room, they put customers in the one area so I can hear the noise. Especially, I paid extra money, the business class room should be assigned away from the first class.
Helpful staff and clean and modern hostel. However the bed was very hard and the aggressively being told by signage that you could not use your own adapters was off putting
Excellent for a quick stop over. Super close to Tokyo Central station. The staff have very good English skills. I'm 194cm tall, the cabin size wasn't an issue for me.
After a good day shopping, we can have fantastic Onsen on the 9th floor. Near Ginza where there’s so many restaurants; Muji flatship store, Luke’s Lobster shop and the best dumpling Restaurant.
The room was clean, as were the facilities, and the location was good as well. Service was slightly above average by global standards, but having been to Japan multiple times, by Japanese standards, I felt that it was average. I didn't really feel welcomed, by the concierge when I came, felt more like going through the motions of his job. I do realize that was probably my personal experience. I did think there wasn't enough air circulation in the pods/rooms. Often my room was a lot warmer than the hallways.
