This place did the job. Staff was nice and we appreciated that laundry was free and that there were scales to weigh luggage. It was also helpful being able to park 3 full size beds together for our toddler. However the rooms were a little run down - paint cracking and water damage on the walls. Not in the best area for accessing all of Shinjuku, either. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Great stay- we were upgraded to a suite on check in, which was amazing! Lots of space, kitchenette, beautiful city view. Location is central and tonnes of food options right out the door.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location near Okubo station and a grocery store. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Great view of the city (from the 19th floor). Walking distance from Shin-Okubo (Korea town), Kabukicho, and other shopping and dining.

We stayed in a Junior Suite with 2 toddlers and 3 adults. It was spacious (for Tokyo) standards and it was great to have a separate living/dining space to the bedroom. The area is convenient with an Aeon supermarket downstairs and 7eleven across the road. The short walk to both Okubo and Shinokubo on the JR line was very conveninent. It was a great stay!

Close to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya
Great room. We were happy to find a hotel so close to the JR line. It is a short train ride to shinjuku, harijuku and shibuya with no train transfer needed. Great price for a 3 bed option. Staff was very nice. I also found out that they have free luggage storage if you leave for a few days and are returning.

For a family of 5 the room we booked was excellent. Everyone had their own bed and there was a family table to eat together. Great thing was the in room washing machine. They had bigger ones downstairs but to be able to wash clothes in your room was great! Stations were close by. Lots of food options near by.
