First time traveller to Tokyo. My family (of 6) spent 8 days in and around Tokyo late March 2025. We stayed at their room for 6 with bunk beds. The accommodations were great for this trip - appreciated the setup of the 6 beds, views, kitchen area, combo washer/dryer and service. The distance of the property to the main Shinjuku train station, shopping/dining might be a problem for some (15-20 min walk) but it wasn't for us. Overall, recommend this property especially for 1st time visitors!
Staff were very polite and spoke great English which is handy but it was the first hotel we had to pay tax on which is weird and they had wifi that must’ve been from Pakistan cause I could barely stay connected for more than 5 minutes and you don’t get any reception up there either so that was a big pain but besides that everything else was primo :)
The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful, respectful, and efficient. They will only clean your room every 4 days rather than daily. New towels and bottles of water would be given daily in a bag outside your door.
The Okubo train (4 minute walk) and the Shin Okubo train station (10 minute walk) are conveniently close by.
I found the restaurants on the main strip were mediocre, so you would have to travel by train to get some better, authentic Japanese meals. Mainly Korean and Northern Chinese restaurants surround the hotel and surprisingly, a few Vietnamese restaurants as well.
However, a 10 minute walk towards their financial district, I found a few great ramen restaurants where locals dine. This is heading toward Omoide Yokocho and the shopping area of Shinjuku.
This was my 2nd stay and may come back again because I know this area and found the train stations conveniently located.
Room cleaning takes place every four days, o in our case we didn’t get any. They do change towels if the dirty ones are left outside the room on a daily basis. Rooms are pretty small but comfortable enough. Staff was not particularly knowledgeable about recommendations or help with restaurant reservations. Check on an out was a bit slow and beware of loosing a key because they will charge you for it. Luckily we found all of ours. Overall, pretty average.
Was a great first stay in Japan, the room was fairly spacious and nice to have a separate living room away from the sleeping area. The location was a little inconvenient as it was a short walk to the closest station, which is one stop from Shinjuku station, and not on the main lines. However only a bit longer of a walk to get into the heart of Shinjuku.
My family got a bunk bedroom with a fantastic city view.It was amazing. Lots of space and with in suite laundry, which helped so much. Would definitely stay there again.
1 station away from Shinjuku station . But its also within walking distance to Shinjuku. Plenty of eateries around the hotel. We had a room with Mount Fuji View. For family , it is very convenient with small kitchenette and washing machine. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I liked the location and staff were brilliant but main disappointment for us was temperature of the room. We had air con down low on mornings to cool room but it was never sufficient to offset temperature from the sun, better temp control would increase score
