The price for what you get is one of the best in Tokyo. I’ve tried other hostels but this one is the easiest by far if you need to get to the airport or anywhere else central Tokyo
The elevator is annoying to use just to get from shower to capsule or reception. The capsules are a bit outdated and I definitely didn’t like having to do all the sheets and bedding myself.
Stayed for one night and have no complaints aside from there not being an elevator from the entrance. Thankfully the staff was really kind to help me lug my heavy bag up and down the stairs (there is however an elevator from the lobby).
The capsule experience was new to me but was pleasantly comfortable and even though the dorm is shared by many people I felt like I had privacy. The general area is nice to sit and relax in and to plan out or review your day's adventures. The hostel is generally well kept. Good value for price.
Awesome place to stay . People r respectful and nice. Super clean all around in girl dormitory. I had a good night rest ever night I would come back next time in Tokyo. Beautiful river view close to train stations
The capsule hotel style is very cool, it's much more comfortable than casual curtains. The service was good but the reception is on the second floor which is not so convenient for big luggages. They offer help but you know..
The common area is good, good place to meet people.
The view from the room and the kitchen was cool, it's like being on a boat.
if you stay on the 3rd floor the security door can be noisy as people coming and going often. especially between 10pm-1am was pretty bad. otherwise all good.
Hotel location can be quite secluded at night since it's located near offices. Short distance from nearest Metro exit, though, about 7-8mins of walking. Look out for MAX Building and walk towards it, before turning right, past Kantoh and a dental clinic. The location has convenience stores nearby and a few cafes!
Good price. Clean hostel, friendly staff. Not the most convenient location for getting to the most popular areas of Tokyo. Lockers are about 3 feet away from from the beds which could be an issue for light sleepers, or if the other guests are inconsiderate
