Room leaking water through calling , had to switch rooms 3 times noisy hockey tournament running around until 2am , shower would not shut off. I have stayed at this hotel many times but this will be the last not sure what has happened but the quality and maintenance is terrible..

Great service and comfortable

Everything was as we expected from a Hilton/Hampton. Great friendly service. Our only complaint is the hair blower was not working. We brought it down for breakfast and they said they would have a working one brought to our room. We had to leave with wet hair as the blow dryer never came. Other then that glitch, we could not say enough about the front staff and the friendly breakfast staff

Good stay as usual

Generally it was very good. It started out with an anomaly with the shower which I reported the next day and I was immediately moved to a new room with sincere apologies from the desk staff.

Property was fine and staff was great; however, the doorbell to our room was faulty and keep going off throughout the night. It even woke the baby up in the middle of the night. They tried to fix it but it didn’t work, so we just had to deal with it. They never offered to switch our room.
