We had booked a room several months in advanced and we were not provided the room we had paid for!! Staff mentioned it was "Expedia's" fault! That their system wasn't updated and to contact them?! Yet, we had friends we also checked in and they got the room we initially wanted! Also, we waited at least 40 minutes so they can check us in due to the hotel's system on the computer. They didn't provide us a refund or a voucher of something?? Just a different room. Never have I ever experienced something like this before! Would not recommend.

Enjoyed our room and the pool. However, we found it very noisy through the night with other people who were staying there. Better soundproofing needs to be looked at.

Had Mommy-daughter night with my little girl. We had a wonderful time The staff were friendly and accommodating. We used the pool which was well kept and breakfast the next morning had a good variety and was tasty. I would definitely stay again
