The staff were friendly. Housekeepimg did a great job keeping room clean.Room was spacious. However the pool heater was broken so it was FREEZING. I was not informed at time of check in that there was an issue. The only reason we stayed there WAS the pool. Had I know it was broken I would have stayed elsewhere. In the 3 nights we stayed there we only used the pool for a total of 90mins-it was just too cold; my daughter's lips turned blue after 20 mins. Also I had asked at check in that my credit card be used for deposit and I would pay by debit. The staff member used my debit card for both so I was forced to use my credit card more for first cpl of days.

my fiance and i stayed here for 3 nights on the 3rd floor and it was a wonderful experience! upon reading the reviews before booking i was very sceptical on staying here but i always like to see places for myself before judging and this hotel was between our budget. i was very impressed i can say that for sure! check in was super easy and quick, our room was clean. 3rd floor seemed very clean and put together as well. front desk always answered the phone when we had some questions. wifi was available and worked great. and we also had a chance to visit the pool and it was awesome. housekeeping was always around during the day when we needed more soap, towels, etc… the pub on the main floor attached to the hotel was delicious. i highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

the wifi did not work. I called the help number, they said they would call back in 10 mins, but I never heard from them again. thank God we only booked 1 night. we will never return there.

The room was clean, the hallways and staircases were not. there was a hockey tournament in town so lots of unsupervised teens being a little rowdy. Outdated decor, definitely a 2-3 star hotel. Service in the bar was great.

This hotel was right of the 401, very accessible and it had a lot of fast food options in the area. There was also a restaurant located in the hotel. Plenty of parking and there was no cost to park more than 1 vehicle. The building itself was very dated. Decor, appliances, bathrooms, and beds were all pretty old. The lighting in the room was mainly lamps with lampshades. The lampshades had yellow and brown stains, possible water damage. The ceiling had black marks, possible water damage. The bathroom had a tub and a old fashion 2 water nobs (Hot/Cold). The shower head leaked and the drain for the water was slightly clogged as it could not handle a regular shower. The tub has a slight leak it it as well as the bathroom floor developed a small leak. Upon entering into the room, the carpets were not properly vacuumed as I saw crumbs all over the floor and the couch. The bed was made fine, it appeared to be clean. The pillows provided were very small considering it was a queen sized bed. The pillows resembled a throw pillow as it was square shaped. This property did show as a 3-star which was the highest in town. I would rather drive further for a more modern hotel in the future.
