WE WERE BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS BUT ONLY STAYED 1 NIGHT. The bed was horrible. Old and sagging. The washroom was not cleaned well. The pool was cold. Absolutely no coffee in the morning. This place is being run down more and more all the time. We were staying here off and on but won't be doing it again. A very expensive lesson for us to learn. Bad business

Very disappointing. The hotel is run down. Its 80’s decor is outdated. The queen sized bed had only one side table. The TV didn’t have a remote, nor buttons on the unit to turn it on. Tried to complain on the phone to reception but the phone didn’t work. When I went to reception, they gave me two remotes and neither one worked. The air conditioning in the gym didn’t work. No staff were at reception at 10:45 am to check guests out even though check out time was 11:00 am.

NEVER AGAIN! I paid for a room with a queen bed, but found cold, wet rice and food particles between the sheets. The front desk gave me another room with a smaller room but refused to give me a room with a queen bed, and told me to take it up with the manager in the morning. Of course, the manager never showed up in the morning, and the girl who was there. then argued saying I never paid for a queen sized bed. When I showed her my receipt proving I did, she said that was just an error on hotels.com website, and I should contact them. She even gaslighted me saying that the first room I went to didn't even have a queen bed even though I was there. She gave me the number for the manager 613-394-4855, which I called the next day, but there was no answer, and no voice mailbox to leave a message. I'll never go back there again.

Hall carpeting was absolutly Filthy Carpet in our room in front of windows was wet and stained. AC was broken. when I asked the front desk about it the attendant shrugged and turned away.

Room clean Mattress was very uncomfortable - did not get the best sleep On 3rd floor but you had to go down steps from elevator to get to our room floor - would be difficult for older seniors who had heavy luggage when leaving to go upstairs 3-4 to get to elevator
