Déception puisqu’il n’y a pas de restaurant à même l’hôtel comme prévu au moment de la réservation, stationnement en rénovation, doit gérer notre stationnement sur la rue. Air climatisé qui coule sur nous devant le lavabo. Manque beaucoup d’amour dans cet hôtel.

The rooms have pink carpet even in the dog friendly room., it was nasty. No ice available, the parking was under construction so I had to pay the municipal parking and we were not told about that ahead of time. We also offered us to drive around to find a free on the street parking. They could of at least offer to pay for the parking fee. No restaurants on site and the breakfast restaurant we were suggested was the worst place I ever went to.... I paid what is the standard price for a room in an hotel with service and this hotel should be shut down, never again will I go in this hotel chain
