The manager checked us in and they were friendly, explained everything to us well. The room we got was surprisingly welcoming and clean. The area itself is quiet and peaceful. In our case, it was a great place to rest for the night before continuing our trip to Quebec and other parts One of the staff even went out to our car as we were packing after check out to give us back a shirt we accidentally dropped somewhere. Very nice service

Très bon endroit pour venir en famille. À 5 minutes du centre ville de Trois-Rivières. Piscine parfaite pour les jeunes enfants. Endroit propre et calme avec un personnel très accueillant. On y retourne à chaque fois !

Friendly staff at this little motel that we needed as a stop off during a drive to Quebec City. My children loved the bunk beds and cannot stop raving about the slide in the swimming pool. The lady on reception was lovely and friendly

Nice, big and clean
Stayed here 1 night while driving from Toronto to New Brunswick. The motel looks newer and was very clean. The rooms were large and had the convenience of a fridge and microwave. Convenient bathroom amenities of soap and shampoo. Pool available too. Decent breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again.

This was an overnight while traveling. The facility appears to have been upgraded recently and overall was very nice. However, upon arrival I was informed the elevator was out of order and I had been assigned an upper floor room. I told the staff that was out of the question. I am 77 and have some mobility issues. At first, he offered to assist with bags...not the issue! I requested first floor. Again, he hesitated as if the entire hotel was filled to capacity. It was about 4pm and there were only two cars in the parking area. Finally, when I said I would pay for an upgrade, a vacancy miraculously was available. Since I had reserved an accessible room, which one would assume is either first floor or there is a working elevator, I was a bit upset to have to pay for the upgrade. In addition, when I went to find the ice machine for a refreshing beverage after a 400 mile drive, I was informed it, too, was out of order. While the room was great, the entire incident was a bit of a traveler's nightmare.
