They did not refund the deposit money I paid to the hotel. It was 150 dollars. I called twice and requested them to deposit it. Please, I expect you to take the necessary action on this issue as soon as possible.

I booked here because the reviews were good on it. My room was terrible, no iron, phone kept making rattling noise and could barely talk to the front desk agent, the bathtub made horrible squeaking noise, and no mat, shampoo and body wash were so low quality and very light. Another big problem that I really don’t appreciate was the maintenance guy opening my door while I was sleeping right after I checked in, I had the security lock engaged which made the noise and woke me up and, I was pretty upset that happened since I had a sleepless night and just wanted to crash. The hotel room was also pretty noisy; construction and landscaping guys outside with their equipment on and the windows had very minimal sound insulation. it’s funny because I didn’t end up sleeping in my this hotel and slept at a relative’s house as I was worried I’d wake up in the middle of the night to some weird noise. All in all, I’d avoid this hotel due to the noise and low quality service.

If you want a simple services hotel, with good beds, pillows and room space, and don't need daily cleaning/towels? This was perfect for my needs for my trip. Really located middle of all the things I needed to do, close to restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores (all within 3 miles), and easy access to major roadways. Staff was very kind.

The smell of the property and the actual room just gave a very uneasy feeling. It just didn't feel clean, the elevator was down. Overall, we ended up leaving because the room had a sort of "muggy" feel to it that we just couldn't stay.

I stayed here a few years ago when it seemed run down and sorta scary, it was still a decent stay. But now, now this is my go to hotel for the cheap prices, large kitchenette and couch, they revamped the location and made it wonderful! Even lending kitchen applicances like an air fryer to cook your own meals!! Will come again and stay here from now on, even gave me a bit of a later checkout when i wasnt feeling well. 5/5

The service was excellent at the front counter the room was clean and nice the only thing was there was a slight stale smell in the room but it was gone after I cooked and really didn’t take away fr the good experience
