I stayed there in the past and liked it better- poor amenities. Shampoos/ etc 1/3 full - not a very comfortable bed. Main issue is the noise, I was unlucky regarding the room location ( tried to change but couldn’t ) next to the stair cases where the door slams constantly day and night from other guests, Had to go buy ear plugs as the room was street level and had thin walls, you could hear everything, people s conversation etc If you stay for work and need to rest at night, I would not recommend. The plus , staff and managers were nice and it s pet friendly. Location is good too.

Not worth it
Honestly a very disappointing stay. Whoever photographed the property did an excellent job of editing. The place was just dingy and dirty. The room was entirely white but the baseboards were dirty and there was makeup and dirt on the bed. The air vent on the ceiling had a piece of paper inside it, just showing they don’t pay attention when cleaning. Simply not worth it.

Rip it up and start again
This hotel is over priced. I think they should shut it down and start again, i think it's beyond help. The staff do not care. You check yourself in, you don't get told anything when you check in, you don't get asked how yr stay is when u check out, your room does not get cleaned when u ask for ut to be cleaned, the staff do not speak when u walk past them, i do not think the floor in my room has ever been cleaned. The bed is comfy and there is a fridge in the room. There is a cvs nearby and a lovely cafe across the road that i reccommend for great coffee called delucia and a great dive bar called teds hideaway nearby. This hotel is beyond help.

Don’t get duped…
I selected this property because it was listed as a VIP Access property and also, its close proximity to the cruise terminal. The sole staff person on check-in and checkout was nice and that’s about the best of this property. We arrived late and upon entering the room we were hit with the smell of mildew. We went to the lobby to report it and ask for a change of room to which we were told they were sold out. We went to dinner before the restaurants closed and decided to stay because we had no options in the area with the late hour. We opened the windows and that didn’t help. Rather than go on and on about the experience I’m attaching what I submitted to Hotels.com The property will not provide a refund and Hotels.com offered a little over $62 for our inconvenience to which I wouldn’t accept. Don’t get duped like we did and don’t stay at a property that is non-refundable. I have used Hotels.com for years and have never had a problem until now.

Axel at front desk is / was EPIC! This dude is an absolute legend and immediately makes you feel welcome and can’t do enough to ensure you are looked after, and he’s funny too!
