"Great location however the house was not clean on arrival despite owner stating it had been cleaned. I needed to clean sour milk which was throughout the fridge. There was lots of mould and damp spots in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the kitchen and damaged our food.Owner advised he was trying to patch up the kitchen roof.Unable to use shower as this also leaked into kicheb. Owner suggested i just dry up the leaks and they should "stop soon".Insufficient kitchen utensils to cook a meal.Such a shame as this house could be beautiful but has clearly not been well maintained for many years. The location was superb. "

"Property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and good value for money. Quiet spot but only 2 mins walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Also close to beach and Metro. Parking space was a bonus. We love Tynemouth and have stayed here a few times - would choose this house again."
