"It was a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect! Close to shops, pubs, and the beach. The metro station was less than a 5 minute walk as well. I would highly recommend. "

"When i arrived i could not get in. There was no information how to check in. It turned out to be a keybox beside the door, but i did not receive the code. I went over to the pub Turks Head and bought me a pint og lager and there i got in touch with the manager, i think Nigel was his name. Hei was very nice and said he knew the landlord and where he was about, so he took off to see him and came with the code for the key box. Thanks to him. When i finally got i was met with what looked like a dump in the hallway. The apartment was nice with good furniture. What i missed is that there where no basic things like a toilet paper, kitchen paper or soap of any sorts. I could not get the heating to work, and there was no way to get in touch with the landlord to fix things. There were leftovers in the fridge and freezer, and the freezer was also iced. There were no emergency exit. There was also mildew in the hallway as well in the flat. And the couple living upstairs was very noisy from time to time. All in all i had a good stay in Tynemouth and i will like to come back, maybe even to the same flat if the issues mentioned above is fixed. Regards, Bjarte."
