"Hotel Nikko is an exceptional property in San Francisco. It is beautiful, clean as can be, the rooms are gorgeous and luxurious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It is a very convenient location for anything you want to do in town. The amenities here are better than other nearby hotels. Lots of parking options nearby as well as on site. We will definitely stay here again. "

"I was in San Francisco for a one day medical meeting at the St. Francis. 1) I arrived three hours earlier than check-in time and welcomed the offer to check in early (I don't recall that ever happening at other hotels). 2) The room was a bit warm and stuffy upon opening the door and I wished I could have opened a window, but could not. I noticed the fan (ultra quiet), turned it on and in minutes I was completely comfortable, and reminded so throughout the night. The unconditioned air contributed greately to the incredibly restful sleep I had that night. 3) I worked at the desk until dinner and when I returned I thought I would catch the news on TV, but it would not turn on. I phoned the front desk and within minutes maintenance was at my door, got everything fixed and was gone. I didn't see the invitation to "test-sleep" up to two of the ten interesting pillows offered, but will do so on my next visit. "Everything quiet and peaceful "

"Everything is clean and new. The rooms were actually well maintained & had proper size/space. Love the walkin closet. The safebox was a bit too high for petite me tho lol. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Tge lobby & cafe was my fave place to work. I will go back again."
