"The staff were unbelievable during our stay at Brentwood Holiday Inn on 14th to the 15th March. It was the first time staying with our 8 month daughter. The staff provided a cot that was clean and comfortable. Pauline the hotel suoervisor and her morning staff were so accomdating, kind and lovely they were just such an amazing example of how people in the hospitality industry should be. "

"I booked this to get rested after a long drive and didn't get a wink of sleep. So noisy and the walls are thin you can hear the taps shower and doors closing in corridor. Maybe it was noise from kitchen too "
