When I arrived they had no record of my reservation that I booked through hotels.com. They blamed it on some computer glitch. I had to fill out numerous forms and start a new reservation. Should I stop using Expedia/Hotels and just book directly from now on? It was very aggravating. When I asked for them to clean my room, they never did. I finally was able to get some toilet paper from front desk after many calls to housekeeping and to their operators.

We had fun at the Warwick. The pool was great for a morning swim and the restaurant was great for dinner and continental breakfast! We loved the views!

The room was good sized. Loved that there was a walk in closet and plugs for the phones. The balcony was huge. Location was nice. The pool area was nice, but seemed a little dirty. We didn’t get to use the comp tickets for drinks at Gavotta (restaurant below). Overall it was a nice stay.

We only stayed here for one night, in #1118, a very spacious and comfortable room. It is more like a suite, with a sitting area, two tvs, super spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combo and there is also a separate shower room. The king bed is very comfortable with lovely clean linens. There are east facing balconies off both the sitting room and the bedroom. I also noticed that the closet is huge, so it would be well suited to longer stays. The rooftop pool/bar area is staffed by Ezra who is very welcoming and funny. He wouldn't let me have a beer straightaway because it wasn't cold enough yet! I didn't go in the pool but it looked clean and refreshing. I wanted to stay longer. It is a great spot if you want to explore downtown Denver. Would definitely stay here again, thank you

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and any hotel I’ve booked a prior reservation to I’ve always been able to pull up after 12-1pm (when check out for rooms should be done and housekeeping should be finished)—but when I call they say it’ll be ready at 2:30. I pull up at 2 and now the guy at the desk says 3pm. All while people who came in after me got their room immediately. Front desk needs to get it together, because my girlfriend and I had to wait 2 hours for a room that should’ve been ready by 1pm. Should’ve gone to the Marriott, definitely never going to a branch of the Warwick hotels ever again.
