"The service was great. If we needed something the property managers got it for us. If this is your first time know going in that the only way to get here is by ferry and they only run certain times of the day. So if flying into Fort Myers plan accordingly. There is no grocery store on island so everything is ordered online and brought over by ferry as well. That process is easy. Great for big groups and families."

"I booked this house because of the location and fantastic price. It was adorable and exactly as expected. I couldn't get the dryer door to open but I think that may have been operator error. The property managers, Duncan and Laurie with Tortuga, went above and beyond to make my stay not just ok, but exceptional. I would have missed the ferry due to my plane delay had Duncan not reached out to give me additional options. He even called the ferry captain to make sure he new I was coming for the last boat. They both made my trip extra special and I can't thank them enough."
