The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good especially for the science museum and Oceanography which are just on the doorstep. There wasn’t really a proper bar area except For the rooftop bar which was closed because of the weather.

The property is very nice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good. My only complaint is the AC. The thermostat kept turning off. We called the front desk three times to reset it. It turned off during the night, I woke up at 4 am sweating! They encourage you to call the front desk to reset it even though we had called a few hours before.

It’s a great location to visit Valencia. Hotel is very quiet and clean. However front desk people don’t give any information about roof top restaurant. We found out last day, it’s magnificent view. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This is the perfect spot if you want to be near ciutat de artes y ciencias! It is super clean and easy to get to. It is on top of the mall so you also have quick food options and shopping right there. There are also amazing local spots within walking distance. We didn't even rent bikes. The city is super walkable.

Nice hotel not great for disabled users.
Nice big disabled room, the shower had a disabled chair in it which was idea as when standing on the plastic floor it would sink a little and was slippery when you was using the shower. The views were amazing from room 505 overlooking the parks and museums. The hotels reception is built on the 4th floor of a shopping centre.but with only a stair access from the hotel to the shopping centre/supermarket/restaurants. The only way for a wheel chair user to access the shopping centre is to get a lift from outside reception to the ground floor and the go around the outside of the building. If you wish to visit a restaurant in the shopping centre then you have to get another lift back up the 3rd floor and do everything in reverse to get back to the hotel. I know this isn't the hotels fault but if I had known I would of booked else where and feel its important to other wheelchair users.

I asked Waiter for some ice on morning of checkout and she was very rude. Parking was not explained to us and we had trouble getting f out of parking lot.

I would choose this hotel over again! Breakfast was phenomenal the hotel was clean conveniently located great for taxi pickup. We didn’t use city bus but there is a stop right outside as well! Friendliest & most helpful staff very beautiful property!!! We enjoyed our stay!!
