The airline is a different story. I was forced to pay an additional $400 to select seats. When purchasing the package I ensured to select a flight that gave me the ability to pick my seats since I have small children. Horrible experience and to put an exclamation on the trip I am still at the airport as the flight has been delayed multiple times. Never again!

I always liked staying at the Grand Hyatt. However, you have lost a loyal customer due to the "destination fee." Stop adding fees for nothing. I will never stay at a Grand Hyatt again.
