Best Beds Ever
The check in was straightforward but the room we had booked was not available so an upgrade was offered 😀 When we got to the room, it was not cleaned well. We called concierge and this was dealt with promptly. The room was a bit tired looking but the heavenly beds were amazing. Nowhere in the hotel, was a cup available for coffee - only paper cups at breakfast, in the room and in Starbucks. No plates available in Starbucks - had to eat breakfast out of a bag. VERY welcome iced water and cold towels on entrance to hotel. Lobby area was beautiful and everyone so friendly.

Good in theory
We got upgraded to a room with a view which sounded great in theory and the gal at the desk was great, but we got moved to a smaller room with only one bed and no room for another bed with three girls that had to stay, and they said they would bring a rollaway bed, but after several calls we still had not gotten another bed until nearly midnight and it got crammed into the room with all the other furniture shoved and unable to be used.
