Room was not ready at 3:30 pm. Someone cleaning it; smells musty. Washcloth on closet shelf with blood on it. Ants crawling under the room door and at pool. Worn out, dirty luggage cart with rusty wheels. Phone unplugged. Hot water was not hot. Creamer empty. Coffee watery. No tea with caffeine? Stale English muffins. Mediocre food. One apple moldy! AC vent clogged with dust. Wi fi doesn’t work. Can’t sleep-too bright. LED lights emitting from the clock and the mirror and bed frame. Super thin walls. Loud people stomping, slamming doors until 2 am! Trash cans overflowing with beer cans in pool area. Hot tub jets not working. AC unit outside drips, 2 large bags of trash outside back door. No vent in bathroom? Tub didn’t drain. Mattresses worn out. Paint chipped. Staff was nice but this place needs work.

Toilet was clogged and not attached to the floor. Humidity creeped in even with air conditioner on which made everything feel wet. Live bad at nearby bar was heard loudly through shut windows and fans blowing. WiFi was terrible - unable to stream anything.

The room itself was clean, but ac did not work. Was offered another room but it was next to elevator so did not take. Outside area is not very well maintained. Staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Front desk service by Kenny was awesome. When greeted by a warm smile with seamless processing and supportive instructions & information the customer is able to come to a warm comfort level after a long travel day right off the bat. I enjoy a swim and the pool here was heated and clean. Room was spacious and bed very comfortable. A folks! Thanks!

Kammy assisted us with check in and checkout. He was extremely friendly and helpful. At check in he seamlessly checked my ID and all of my information and while creating the keys gave me directions to the room, pointed out the hotels amenities as well as where they are located and at what time breakfast was available. The convenience of the grab and go snacks, drinks and toiletries was a nice touch as well. Even with all of that, check in was still very quick and after a day of hiking we were happy to get to our room within a few minutes of arriving. The continental breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever had.

Great Hotel unfortunate circumstances
The hotel was recently updated and was in great condition. It was clean. I really dont have any complaints except for the hallway reeked of Marijuana. It ended up seeping into our room. I did complain to the front desk but his response was just "really?" I have young kids and one has asthma. I ended up doing a breathing treatment. It would have been niced to have been offered to move us.

Pros: - Availability - Clean - Staff was fine Cons: - Location - Comfort - Lighting. This was the darkest hotel room I've ever stayed in - Room layout/furniture Everything just seemed "off". Its like they remodeled with a bandaid. I doubt its up to code. Im 5'4" and had to squat to use the shower because it was so low. Just one of many problems with the room. Would not stay here again.
