"The apartment has been fully renovated and modernized. Excellent lighting, new appliances, new toilet, very recently remodeled bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable. All the rooms were arranged beautifully. The host was very responsive to my questions; he even named a few restaurants when I asked for recommendations. (He recommended the best restaurant in Detroit. Am I allowed to mention their name in a review? Dear Host, thank you for the recommendation!) The apartment is an easy walk to the Detroit Institute of Art and all the other museums on the Wayne State University campus. That is why we chose this apartment. I truly can't think of anything that I would change. We will reserve this place again when we return in the spring to visit some other museums."

"We only spent one night as we were in town for a baseball game when our hometown team played the Tigers. Hotel was very nice, front desk staff was great, valet people were good, although very busy. We didn't go to the restaurant as we wanted to try Detroit pizza, so we ordered pizza delivery! Overall, a great trip!!"
