Terrible check in experience, customer service is poor.. had to book an additional room but staff redirected me to book thru their website because they said the price was different in person. Prior to booking this hotel i called the number on the website to ensure i can upgrade to a bigger room to sleep 3 and the rep. Confirmed they had a room that fits 4 but in perosn they asked me to book a 2nd room for 1 person or lose my money for the first room book thru travelocity. The rep. Didnt finish helping me when she's moved on to anyone else that areived after me. She also mentioned that my sexond room would not have a view if i didnt upgrade to premium and it did have a window view just not to the city buildings.

Nice hotel, very sleek etc but the room was tiny. Bed pushed against the window (view of the city) so we had to climb over each other. No comments!!!). Vanity in the middle of the room. Little privacy even in the bathroom, not what I expected for $700 a night. Service when available was good and friendly

Great area in the heart of North End Boston. Would have loved a Kuerig or coffee apparatus in the room for a quick morning cup but other than that fabulous stay. Room was neat and clean, and had all that we needed. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Wow. Book the top floor for Incredible views. The Bed is so comfortable and extra large in size. Lounge area for guests is welcoming lots of seating area and games for you to play and even a library. The outdoor terrace is a nice addition to have breakfast on. We stayed here for a concert at TD Gardens and I do not regret choosing this hotel, from the venue exit it’s a mere 35 seconds walk. If I Ever visit Boston again, it will be the top of my list

It was a very different hotel. Very compact but clean rooms. Not a hotel you want to choose if you plan on spending a lot of time in your room, or want to entertain in your room.. it’s way too small. But a great location with TD attached to it, and so many cool things within walking distance

The hotel was very modern. Having an iPad to control the room lighting, TV, and ambiance was a very nice touch. Staff was very helpful and friendly for the check-in procedure. Location is great for attending an event at TD Garden and for accessing public transportation.

Other than being close to station. Everything else is 20 to 30 min to wakk too.dining option inside is kimited. Cold pizza once you get it. Fridge didnt work in room. Bed caved towards the middle so not the best sleep..
