"We stayed at the Pinnacle hotel in Whistler for a week's skiing holiday and it's only a 5 minute walk to the restaurant and shops and a ten minute walk to the gondola. All the staff at the hotel where super nice and especially Tommy the front desk manager made us feel very welcome and was very helpful with any queries we had."

"This was our second stay at the Pinnacle as a family. It has a great location close to downtown, the convention centre, and Coal Harbour. The hotel interior is a little dated but very well maintained. It looks like there are plans to update the interiors soon. We were conveniently located on the same floor as the pool and hot tub and enjoyed them. The on site restaurant is pretty pricey so we didn't eat there as a family. We did have some trouble when the toilet needed plunging and it took a couple of tries to get it serviced but beyond that we had no problems. The service representatives were professional and very polite and accommodating. "
