"We felt safe in the area. The hotel staff was excellent, especially Juan, who gave us an early check-in and was extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast was great, having lots of options. The hotel was in a convenient location--close enough to many attractions to either walk if in great shape to climb major hills or take a short Uber--but far enough not to be overwhelmed with major foot traffic and noise. Even though we did not have a car, I noticed that parking is very expensive, so that may be a consideration. Overall, we will definitely stay there again when we return."

"A $56 non-refundable pet fee per night was a little much but without that it was a nice room at a decent price. Perhaps a pet deposit would be more feasible for guests, then if additional cleaning or damage incurred, it could be deducted so as to not penalize responsible pet owners. "
