Cleanliness is horrible
Not worth for the value. Cleanliness was zero. Carpet was not cleaned. Probably the early vomit or dog poo was not cleaned properly. The room needs overall renovation.

The room was clean. Staff very friendly. Out dated & old looking. Sofa uncomfortable to sit on. Room had a smell. No housekeeping, had to get toilet paper & towels from front desk. Door closed with force to lock. Generally run down.

Be careful I cancelled and canceled my room and now they say they don’t have any record of it and charged me for a no show and refuse to refund me. I have stayed here before. It is filthy and there is garbage everywhere in the parking lots.

Easy check-in/out process and parking. Facility is a bit run down. Beds were clean but carpet in bathroom sink area was stained. Didn’t look like the space was well cleaned but nice to have the extra space and full kitchen. Pool and hot were a bonus.

The place is in very poor condition. No toilet paper/shampoo or bedding for the sofa bed. One of the workers at the front desk was very rude. Some of the other people in our party refused to stay and moved to another hotel.

We liked the privacy of being on the ground level, and not having to walk through the hotel lobby and get on an elevator. I never saw any staff, other than at check-in. The rooms have a nice kitchen. Rooms could use some updates and maintenance. Had to place a spoon into the bath tub drain plug while showering. Otherwise it stayed closed and filled the tub. First world problems. Room rate was a bit expensive, but it was during peak fall foliage season.

This is kind of a weird property to begin with as the lobby isn’t connect to the rooms. They are in separate buildings. I didn’t love that, but it wasn’t the end of the world. But it just got worse. The area around our building was overflowing with trash for most of our stay. The room smelled like stinky feet and mildew. The layout of the room was awkward - the bathroom door opened just next to the bed. The refrigerator seal was falling off. They gave us two towels for a reservation of four and didn’t have any available when we stopped in the lobby to ask for more. They gave us ONE roll of toilet paper. Come on. If you’re going to say you won’t clean the rooms for 4 days or more, give more toilet paper! We went to breakfast a half an hour before it was over and there was no hot water for tea or pancake mix. It didn’t seem like there was ever any juice - just iced tea, which is kind of a weird breakfast offering. We requested more hot water/pancake mix at the front desk, but no one ever came. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and we are not swanky hotel people. I just want a clean, comfortable place to sleep. With toilet paper. The one thing I can say is that it’s close to the highway and a mall with a supermarket and restaurants.

As a hotel carrying the Sonesta 5 star quality name I was horrified - I have visited several of their properties within the US and never have I had a complaint paying for the quality their service provides ! However this location in VT was deplorable - I can not even grasp how they could charge the prices they do ! Do not go here ! And not the Mold - dirt and lack of customer service
